Accessing MySurgeryQuote

Your practice has a dedicated URL for MySurgeryQuote. Bookmark this link for easy access.

Logging In

  1. Go to your practice’s MySurgeryQuote URL
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click “Sign In”

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password

After logging in, you’ll see the main menu:

  • Dashboard – Overview of recent quotes
  • New Quote – Create a new patient quote
  • Quotes – View and search all quotes
  • Admin – Settings, procedures, users (admin only)
