Reports Overview

The Reports section (Admin > Reports) turns your quoting activity into practice analytics. Every report can be filtered by date range and exported to CSV, so you can pull the same numbers you use for month-end accounting, surgeon reviews, and staff check-ins. Most reports also distinguish quoted activity from invoiced activity — quotes you've sent to your EMR — so the figures reflect real cases, not drafts.

Billing Summary

The billing summary is the high-level view: total quotes created, how many were invoiced, and the revenue those invoiced quotes represent over the period you select. Use it as the starting point before drilling into the detailed logs below.

Procedure Log

The procedure log lists every procedure quoted across your practice, so you can see what you're actually pricing and how often. Filter by surgeon and date range to narrow the view. Tick the Invoiced Only checkbox to limit the log to procedures from quotes that were sent to your EMR — the closest thing to a "procedures performed" count. Click any procedure row to expand the specific patient cases behind that line.

Implant Log

The implant log tracks implant usage across your practice by brand, type, and case. To keep counts honest, it includes only implants from invoiced cases (quotes sent to your EMR) rather than everything that was ever quoted — so the numbers reflect implants actually used, not just proposed. Filter by surgeon and date range, then export for inventory reconciliation and reorder planning.

PCC Productivity

The PCC productivity report measures patient care coordinator performance. For each staff member it shows total quotes created, how many of those were invoiced, the resulting conversion percentage, and the total revenue generated. It's the report to open before a coordinator one-on-one or when you want to see which quoting habits actually close.

Commissions

Commission earnings are calculated from invoiced quotes and shown in their own report. Rates are configured separately first — see Setting Up & Running Commissions for how to create commission groups, set per-provider rates, and read the earnings report.
