Your Role as Practice Administrator
As a Practice Administrator, you have full control over your practice’s MySurgeryQuote setup. This guide covers your key responsibilities.
Initial Setup Checklist
When your practice first joins MySurgeryQuote:
- Upload your practice logo
- Set your brand colors
- Enter practice contact information
- Configure your quote disclaimer
- Add all surgeons
- Import/create all procedures with pricing
- Assign procedures to each surgeon
- Set up additional fees (facility, anesthesia, etc.)
- Add implant options if applicable
- Create user accounts for staff
- Test by creating a sample quote
Ongoing Responsibilities
Regular Maintenance
- Update procedure pricing as needed
- Add new procedures when offered
- Manage user accounts (add new staff, remove former employees)
- Update practice information if it changes
Quality Control
- Review quotes periodically for accuracy
- Ensure pricing is current
- Keep surgeon-procedure assignments up to date
